What have I started! Still good weather. Day off tomorrow Lace day at Goldsithney, I am finishing a bobbin lace collar that my Mum started 14 years ago. Mum passed away 10 years ago and I started to learn bobbin lace and tatting last November.
Do enjoy your day tomorrow it sounds like lots of fun! I am learning bobbin lace VERY slowly, really think I may need to find a "in person" teacher to really get the hang of it. Take care!
It really helps having a teacher. I would not have got it without Sue Thompson teaching me. She has taught me Torchon lace and how to tat. When I finish Mum's collar I would like Sue to teach me Honiton lace.
